As a Fiduciary we Service:

Multi-Family

Tenant screening, rentals, all aspects of tenant relations, including filing of all City and State forms. (ie) D.H.C.R, Scrie, Section8, and any additional fillings with respect to property. For the Property our firm will handle all tenant evictions and legal proceedings. For the property owner our firm handles the quarterly financial distributions, and all matters with respect to effectively managing the property.
